We are seeking a Print and E Procurement Coordinator within our Content Development and Implementation Team at Boston Spa, near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small friendly team who are passionate about supporting the delivery of the British Library’s content strategy through the procurement of contemporary books, serials and e resources for the Library’s collections.

Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the contract management of existing contracts with both internal and external stakeholders; exploit efficiencies and ensure robust performance monitoring.
- Coordinate new tenders including gathering requirements, drafting specifications, evaluating tender responses and working with Supply Chain Management colleagues to publish and award tenders
- Coordinate the review of license agreements for the purchase of e content, consulting with legal colleagues as necessary

You should have:
- The ability to plan, organise, schedule, and prioritise your own workload, with a commitment to providing high quality outputs to meet agreed deadlines
- Proven communication skills demonstrating you can work with a range of stakeholders and develop successful working relationships
- Excellent writing and review skills with strong attention to detail
