Visitor Experience Events & Project Manager

Hours: 37 per week (5 days a week (with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business)

Salary: £34,070 per annum

Location: Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid

This role will lead on uniting all of the ancillary activities, events and projects that underpin ‘added value’ for the Visitor Experience across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Head of Visitor Experience, Learning & Engagement Officers and Marketing Manager to create and execute an events programme that meets the needs of our audiences across our multiple sites.


To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Able to facilitate the delivery of work by a team, managing the pace and culture.
Understands how to add value through reviewing processes and creating change.
Can prioritise the most important tasks and take an informed approach to planning.
Ability to bring people together to form a motivated team.
