Visitor Experience Manager

Permanent / Full Time

Hours: 37 per week (5 days a week (with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business)

Salary: £34,070 per annum

Location: Thinktank / Support across other BMT sites as required

This role will lead on the delivery of our Visitor Experience across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Head of Visitor Experience to create and execute a delivery plan that ensures the Visitor Experience Strategy is delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for training, leading and developing Visitor Experience Assistants to deliver a world-class visitor experience.


To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Able to facilitate the delivery of work by a team, managing the pace and culture.
Can prioritise the most important tasks and take an informed approach to planning.
Ability to bring people together to form a motivated team.
Able to manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations and be flexible,
