Visitor Experience Co-ordinator

Permanent / Full Time

Hours: 37 per week (5 days a week (with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business)

Salary: £26,213 per annum

Location: Thinktank / Support across other BMT sites as required

Working closely with the Visitor Experience Managers this role will lead the teams responsible for delivering visitor experience across our organisation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and duty management of visitor experience teams at Thinktank and across other sites. You’ll support the line management of Visitor Experience Assistants by helping with 1-2-1’s, PDR’s and team training/ growth.


To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Can manage the day-to-day site operations to provide the best visitor experience.
Can prioritise the most important tasks and take an informed approach to planning.
Ability to bring people together to form a motivated team.
Can engage with other departments and teams to provide the best service possible.
