Evaluation Coordinator

The Evaluation Coordinator is a new role within the GLAM Evaluation and Data Analysis Team working across the Gardens, Libraries and Museums of the University of Oxford. In liaison with the Evaluation Officer, the role-holder will play a key part in collecting visitor data to support evidence-based decision-making across GLAM.

Visitor data is collected in different forms including facilitated and unfacilitated surveys, interviews, observation surveys and focus groups. This is a public-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with a diverse range of people.

Full training will be given for the job role by the Evaluation Officer, with the opportunity to learn industry standard evaluation techniques.
