Learning Manager (Showspace)

You’ll have experience of developing and/or delivering dynamic, interactive performances to large audiences in a heritage, arts or education setting, and experience in engaging schools and/or families audiences in creative ways. You’ll oversee the development, testing and evaluation of two new shows for up to 120 Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and team working skills who has experience of managing projects. You’ll have awareness of the needs of schools and families when visiting museum, including experience of creatively interpreting the National Curriculum. You will also have a commitment to putting diversity and inclusion at the heart of your work, and appreciation of the sensitivities of engaging audiences with the themes of belonging and identity.
