Hours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday with a willingness to work evenings & weekends to meet the needs of the business)

Location: Hot Desks across Birmingham Museum Sites / Hybrid
The role will own trend analysis, KPI reporting and evaluation across BMT. The role will bring together the success of our programming, service and strategies into data that can be used as supporting evidence to demonstrate and measure the impact the trust is having.
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
An understanding of the Trust's commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
Experience of working within a relevant/ similar data focussed role.
Experience of producing reports, working with data and identifying trends or anomalies within data sets
The ability work efficiently in a team an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
A keen interest in museums as well as the culture sector in Birmingham and the wider region
Experience working in a digital first environment and competence using digital/ software solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental role across departments within BMT. This role will be involved in a variety of projects, reports and day-to-day operational reporting with a finger on one of the most important assets we have as an organisation – data. This role will work at all levels of the organisation and be exposed to a variety of colleagues from operational roles right through to board members.
