You will support the DT Programme Manager and Head of DT with programme delivery tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, conducting relevant research and analysis, and reporting on progress.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and customer needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships across the Digital Transformation team and wider organisation.
Your duties will include:
1. Project and Programme Management Support
Assist in Planning and Implementation: Help develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are met on time and within budget.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
2. Budget Management Support
Track Expenditures: Monitor project budgets and ensure funds are used efficiently.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist in budget forecasting.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Organize Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare Reports: Create detailed reports on program activities, outcomes, and financial status.
Maintain Records: Ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible.
5. Risk and Issue Management
Identify Risks: Assist in identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
Mitigation Strategies: Help develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
6. Quality Control
Ensure Standards: Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Conduct Reviews: Participate in project reviews and audits.
7. Programme Development
Support Development: Assist in developing and refining programmes to meet organizational goals.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to inform programme development.
8. Team Support
Provide support: Support team members by providing resources.
Training: Assist in organizing training sessions and developing training materials.
9. Continuous Improvement
Monitor Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of projects and programmes, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform programme improvements.
