You will lead a high-performing fundraising operations team that drives efficient fundraising and income growth, ensuring fundraisers are fully supported to maximise their potential. You will also have strategic oversight of our Individual & Visitor Giving function, delivering over £2m each year from our visitors and developing new, innovative fundraising ideas.
