The Management Information Hub is a set of Power BI dashboards that provide senior stakeholders at SMG with the important metrics and KPIs across our strategic objectives. You will prepare a quarterly Performance Report for the Review Room of Board of Trustees meetings and contacts at DCMS. You will also work with colleagues in the ICT and Financial Technology and Data Analytics teams to improve the update processes, increasing control, efficiency and accuracy.

The Operational Metrics Report is a quarterly report focused on operational hygiene metrics such as compliance levels, mandatory training completion rates, cash, and debtor balances. You will prepare the quarterly Operational Risk Metrics Report for Corporate Risk Group and Audit & Risk Committee and review the Operational Risk Metrics Report process and explore ways to improve it.
