NMDC article in Adjacent Government shows why museums matter 28 Aug 2015

Katie Childs, NMDC's Policy and Projects Manager, has contributed an article to a Culture and Heritage special report in August 2015's Adjacent Government magazine. The article illustrates why museums matter and why it is important to get people to say why they love museums.

Other articles include one demonstrating how two quite different museums - the Museum of English Rural Life and Reading Museum - can work well together to share collections and expertise; the importance of research into the impact of HLF funding; and an overview of how Scottish museums engage local communities.
